About Guyra. Guyra is Australia's highest township. It is situated in Northern New South Wales. At an altitude of 1325metres (4346ft) it has a temperature climate year around. Some of the preciptation falls as snow in winter. Guyra is about 5 hours south/west of Brisbane - Queensland's largest city.
